Hello, ACCC? The other problem is when NBN connections go down, like for a few days, it's not easy to get in touch with the provider because, well, NBN phone lines. The other shoe that's about to drop is retirement villages and their emergency service requirements. I was at one yesterday that is trying to figure it without paying a fortune.
