I was interviewed on ABC Canberra radio last Monday, and a caller asked whether NBN was replacing/overbuilding the TransACT network or not. I didn't know at the time, but clearly its enough of a concern with enough people calling in that TransACT has decided to be proactive about answering the FAQ to stem people from churning over.
