We're seeking feedback on how we can improve the legislation that underpins the
My Health Record system.
This is part of a review to improve the legislation, including to:
better support patients accessing multiple health care providers
reduce duplication of treatment
avoid adverse health events
actively involve patients in their own health care.
Your feedback will help us develop a final report to the Minister for Health, due to be delivered by December 2020.
