I did not persevere this way. Qt is good software but I don't like much this extended-c++ language (moc compiler). wxwidget is pure C++ and runs also on all platforms. And finally I found an excellent IDE called wxDev-C++ that has mingw (gcc development tools on windows) and wxwidget and a gui builder, this was exactly I needed to port linphone on windows rapidly.
