I have installed Linphone 2.1.2 on two Motorola Droid Razr mobile phones and they both produce echo. We have installed this on several other platforms, and the common problem is always the far end station from the Razr. That is, the far end hears echo. We have tried various codecs with similar results, they all cause echo, though PCMU is the worst. The Razrs are on Android Version 4.1.2
That’s the basic problem that need to be solved. But of course there’s more to the story about why this is important to us, but will not go there for now. If someone wants a demo, just call me at [email protected] to listen to echo. Is this proper to be on users list, or should I post to developers?
