Is there any way I can compile it without libzrtpcpp? I thought that was
one of the features that wasn't going to work.

I removed libncurses5-dev because it will not install on our system
(aptitude says it will break libgcc and ncurses). It's possible that this
is because I have to work off a local repository that is not 100% up to
date. I will try reinstalling all of its dependencies, but I don't know if
that will work.

One other question I had was why I needed to change the Ubuntu dist version
in the changelog - it's just a changelog, it's not compiled or anything (I
assume)
