Thanks for sending that pointer. I agree that asking a user to click to agree is not allowable by the Free Software definition. As for F-Droid and upstream partly non-Free, I don't know in this case but often programs for Android that claim to be Free actually use proprietary Google libraries and link those libraries into the apk. Thus the resulting apk is not Free Software.
