Red Hat has philosophical objections to OCO code, and so refuses to ship them with their software. You'll need to go to http://www10.software.ibm.com/developerworks/opensource/linux390/special_oco _rh_2.4.shtml and read the instructions there, as well as download the OCO module(s) you need.
