Well, you can use the "date -s 09:30" command, or you can install the ntp
package and let it manage the clock for you.  I do the latter.

Now, do have to re-boot. would not think so. I ran setclock (from man
pages) but I get this error:

You don't need a video card. You do need X and the relevant libraries.
Then you can connect via ssh and run the GUI like this:

[summer@numbat summer]$ ssh -l root dugite
Last login: Wed Feb 27 07:07:52 2002 from localhost
[root@dugite root]# timeconfig
[root@dugite root]#



Actually, timeconfig is not a GUI. It's a menu-based CUI.
