I have stop all the raid and started the configuration from scratch and now I get the 
following error
[root@lnx1 mnt]# mkraid --really-force /dev/md0
DESTROYING the contents of /dev/md0 in 5 seconds, Ctrl-C if unsure!
handling MD device /dev/md0
analyzing super-block
/dev/dasdc1: device too small (0kB)
mkraid: aborted, see the syslog and /proc/mdstat for potential clues.

This worked before
