Yes, I do. I've just found an answer in the list about a similar
problem.
The problem seems to be on the /etc/fstab/
In the previous version, allocations were made with /dev/dasda1, I think
I have to change before shutdown and set them with DEVFS support like
/dev/dasd/device?
I try it now.

Have you done a shutdown?  I did get similar errors, until I did one
shutdown -h.  Then they seemed to go away.
