Where is rhsetup and/or anaconda on Redhat 7.2 system?

Can I use an existing S/390 Redhat 7.2 system to install
the newest 7.2 distribution...or do I need to start with the RAMDISK system?

I can't seem to find rhsetup or anaconda on my 7.2 system.
