Dave, Are you talking about the latest version of the s390x (64-bit) beta? Or just the latest stuff from rawhide/s390? If the latter, it would probably be easier to clone your existing 7.2 system and upgrade the packages you want. (http://linuxvm.org/Info/HOWTOs/rhclone.html) If the former, then you really should start from the ramdisk system.
