Stephen, >From the linuxvm.org main page: 02/05/2002 - Aurora Emanuela Dell'Anno of Candle Corporation announced the general availability of OMEGAMON XE for Linux/390. The announcement was met with some derision from various VM support folks who don't think Candle supports OMEGAMON for VM very well. http://www.marist.edu/htbin/wlvtype?LINUX-VM.23238

As I have been at a VM and VSE shop for the last 15 years I have not been using it. Seeing this announcement posted on the Linux-390 list make me wonder - can we run Omegamon on Linux now? The announcement does not say what it runs on except for saying it still runs on MVS. If I can get the same kind of detailed picture of my TCP/IP network that I used to get of my MVS system I would be interested. But not enough to go back to MVS. OMEGAMON on LINUX! That is a product I would like to see.
