Hello Jay Phelps,

can you please try to start "rhsetup" instead of loader? rhsetup uses the
"wget" tool to download from an ftp-server and might give better/other
results.

You can give additional options to wget via VERBOSEWGET ('-q' is the default
and stands for quiet):
        export VERBOSEWGET="-q"
        rhsetup
