Yes, they do exist, but they're extremely rare... I gave a talk at SHARE (the IBM large system users group) last July. I noted that my 41st birthday was the Friday of that week, and asked how many folks in the room were younger than I was. Only a few hands (out of about 70 people there) went in the air. IBM's going to have serious problems with this if it doesn't do something about it...
