It was hurting me as well last night since we now have virtual machines that don't even know how to issue the IPL command (well, they may know but we don't let them) so logoff is the only thing that makes sense after a shutdown (and have someone trap the logoff message). From looking at the source my impression is that the function that issues the command is never reached.
