Works fine for me based on Red Hat Linux 7.3 if you add gcc 3.1 and binutils 2.12.90.0.4 and also use some rawhide rpms to get updates to compile with gcc-3.1. Are you using the glibc-2.2.5 from Red Hat Linux 7.3? That's working fine for me and even newer CVS versions of glibc don't have much newer mainframe things added (at least a few days ago). greetings, Florian La Roche
