Resource requirement for VM while migate "Intel PIII 1G CPU and 1G RAM" linux

Hi,
   IBM has announced the LINUX VIRTUAL SERVICE which mentioned "3 service units is 
equal to one 1GHz Intel®-based server." Now we have 9672R26(around 210 MIPs) with 
4G memory running VM 2.3.How many real memory for VM,virtual memory for linux390 and 
CPU MIPs is reasonable to migate the Intel Base Linux with PIII 1G and 1G RAM ?
