How to eliminate the WAS "fpu instruction not emulated process" problem ?

Hi,
   We encountered the "fpu instruction not emulated process" problem while trying to 
startup the WAS application under
VM Version 2.3.
1. Can this problem be fixed if we migrate the VM version to zVM 4.3 running under 
9672R26 ? 
2. Can this problem be fixed if we run the NATIVE linux390 under 9672R26?
3. Can this problem be fixed if we run the NATIVE linux390 under 9672R44?
