Het Josh You need to keep you're old version of zipl around. I copied the 2.4.7 version of /sbin/zipl to my 2.4.17 system as /sbin/zipl.old and use that (i.e., /sbin/zipl.old image=./image -parmfile=./parmfile etc etc etc
