I don't think there are publicly available ISO images
for RedHat.
However, if you follow the RedHat links from the
following site:
http://www.linuxvm.org/Info/HOWTOs/movefs.html
They lead directly to where the CD contents are
available on the RedHat ftp site.
You can probably download the files, or use the ftp
site directly for installation.
Only problem is that the RedHat ftp sites are heavily
used, and I thought I saw some
comments posted about problems downloading all the
files at one go.
