Apparantly, the CE for our shop loaded some new SE media on the HMC for backup/failover purposes, and locked the drive so it cannot be opened. None of our Senior sysprogs are here, and I don't recall how to unlock the drive so it can be ejected in order to allow me to load from CD.
Does anyone here know how to unlock the HMC removalble media (CD/DVD RAM) drive?
