Last I heard, the 2074 does not.
The 2074 does, and always has, supported EMIF. The 2074 also has a CD-ROM drive which can be used to install or service VM. (It looks like a channel-attached tape drive.) Alan Altmark Sr. Software Engineer IBM z/VM Development
