Jere,

Do you mean these?
up2date-2.7.46-7.x.2.s390.rpm
up2date-gnome-2.7.46-7.x.2.s390.rpm

The dates on them are from August of 2002.

I find it very unfortunate that I don't find up2date on my RedHat S390
system. Does anyone know if this is being ported? on i386 I can
install an rpm with all its dependencies with a simple 'up2date kdebase'

graphical interface (KDE or GNOME) packages. Is there a non-graphical
(using PuTTY, ncurses, for example) interface to adding software to this
system? If I were using SuSE (which I'm quite comfortable with) I'd use
YaST to do something like this.
