You say you're using: "we have z/vm 4.3 on a z800 processor using hypersockets...linux 2.4.17... " Are you using virtual hipersockets or physical hipersockets? Also, are you taking advantage of Guest LAN? If so, could you share what you did to get this to work. Right now, we have a Guest LAN, but it is not working properly. So, we have to rely on the VCTC to connect to the Linux Guests. If possible, could you share the files and datasets that you have working.
