You say you're using: "we have z/vm 4.3 on a z800 processor using
hypersockets...linux    2.4.17... "  Are you using virtual hipersockets or
physical hipersockets?  Also, are you taking advantage of Guest LAN?  If so,
could you share what you did to get this to work.  Right now, we have a
Guest LAN, but it is not working properly.  So, we have to rely on the VCTC
to connect to the Linux Guests.  If possible, could you share the files and
datasets that you have working.

can't get db2 ver 8.1 to install.. think you have to be 31 bit on this one

can get db2 ver 7.2 to install but can't create a db2 instance..missing lib
files or something

DBI... like odbc manager...generic connect manager
DBD--mysql...DBD--db2....
perl connectivity


anyone know of a downloadable linux that will run DB2 8.1  and
hypersockets..

will be willing to pay $$$$...
