are starting to show a big interest in the more complex midrange and mainframe installations, some of these folks will succeed. Welcome change too, get some fresh blood in too fill the openings left from the impending retirements.
I did say most, not all... I've come across a couple of Win people who are pretty good and prepared to listen. They're in the minority of my experience though.
And now we're getting off subject, so I'll save my rant about the supposed skill shortage for another day.
