Not my idea, feel free to pinch it;-)) I heard that address harvesters ignore it. The plan is that if spam to this address becomes a problem, then I will filter out email not from the lists it's subscribed to, and file it in /dev/null Unfortunately, it makes it difficult for those I might like to contact me off-list.
