(V 8.1) I cant find anything in /etc/init.d/ or below. I have a problem in which db2dasrrm starts but db2sysc requires me to logon to the db2inst1 ID and issue a db2start which is being run from home/db2inst1/sqllib/adm/db2start. I am trying to puzzle out why, and right now, our management is 'negotiating' with IBM on our service contract, which means basically we're without IBM support at the moment, since the contract lapsed - so I ask the collective wisdome of folks on here.
