Phil used to be a sysprog at the Department of Health in the early 70s.
He worked for Itel (remember them?) and then NAS for some years. He was
a senior exec for NAS.

I've not been in touch with him for about 20 years, but I've seen him
mentioned in the press from time to time.

Actually, I don't have that much of a problem with what he says - lots
of business will use it for some of their work.


Ten percent, 20 percent, dunno.
