Yet another very worthwhile article on the Groklaw web site (and nothing to do with the SCO lawsuit. At least not directly). This one is a "reprint" of an article by Mark Webbink, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Red Hat, Inc.
It's a really nice explanation of how Open Source licenses, particularly the GPL work, written in a way that managers and people in your purchasing departments can understand. If anyone on the list has had problems with either of those groups (What? You _have_?
