SCO sues Novell over Unix rights
It's kind of interesting... I think that SCO does have more "rights" than what Novell has been saying recently. This I gathered reading each ones Edgar stored filings. However, SCO's suit filing still looks to be written by an angry 4 year old. If I were a judge, I throw it out just because of that. SCO must have the stupidest lawyers in the world.
