I would love whatever branch of the us government involved in investigating
organized crime, specifically extortion and racketeering to investigate the
SCO Groups actions in regards to collecting license fees for intellectual
property whose alleged ownership, alleged theft and alleged
misappropriation is still pending in a court of law and will be for the
foreseeable future.

Interesting. I was wondering when the Continental Airlines strategy would
appear.

bankrupt, the way to do it is to go over the top in a spectacular blaze of
debt and public stupidity first. You then get bailed out by investment
groups, and go on to lose even more money with different kinds of stupidity
until you eventually reach the point of no return and depend on Federal
bailouts to attempt to do it again. )
