Choosing the file system depends almost exclusively on what kind of data
you want to put on it and is pretty independent of the manufacturer of your
hardware. If you don't know about the file systems, just stick with EXT3.
ReiserFS is better in some situations, but there is hardly any reason to
use anything else except those two.
