If you're using Performance Toolkit, you also want to get the RMFPMS
collector and run that on your Linux guests to feed statistics back to
VM. It's free and downloadable from IBM.

for information on how to obtain and install RMFPMS. You only need the
server part of the package if you just want to feed Linux performamce
data into the z/VM Performance Toolkit.
OTOH, if you don't mind spending more money--I don't know how much
more--Velocity Software makes what is, by all accounts, an excellent
performance monitoring suite.
Not a lot of money, and it's a good value. It is an excellent set of
products. DJ says "check it out".......
