Not with an OSA card (yet). I have seen similar things in the past with a
CLAW/CIP interface when some of the routers were taken down/up/whatever.

Subject: qeth module hang

I came in this morning and attempted to connect to a SLES8 guest, but it
didn't respond. Logged on to the console and everything else appeared fine,
but it couldn't reach the network. I brought down eth0, rmmod'ed qeth,
insmoded it, and restarted the network and everything was fine. The kernel
is 2.4.21-107-default. Does anyone else have any experience with this
occuring?
