Not wrong.  You can do this, if you really feel the need to restrict the
controller to a particular set of RDEV.

I'd suggest that VSWITCH CONTROLLER is all you need; that way, you won't get
any nasty surprises if a controller fails and the RDEV range you've specified
on a backup controller doesn't suit...  Ideally, you want any TCPIP service
machine you've defined as a controller to be able to back up any other one,
and it adds complexity if you restrict each controller to an RDEV range.
