I sent note to the Filezilla developer and posted in the forums details on
it's problems with z/OS FTP but got no response. I am not a C programmer so
I really could not offer to help patch it. If you do want to work on it and
offer a patch I can help you with testing. Filezilla is an excellent client
and I use it for general purpose FTP. I use Seagull FTP (free but closed
source) for working with z/OS. Lionel Dyck would probably help with testing
as well as he also sent them some notes in the past and did not get a
response.
