A more subtle difference (or more obvious, depending on your perspective)
is that IFLs always run at full speed on machines like MP3000 and z800
that support "hardware capped" CPs.  I guess this still applies to z890
too...

So if you have a 7060-H30, or a 2066-0A1, if you get an IFL it will run at
"normal" speed and not at the speed of the CP.
