There has been a marketing change for SuSE. I found out that you have to call your Novell rep, who can recommend a software reseller in your area that handles Novell products. I think the discount you can get is based on the reseller's discount with Novell. Example: SuSE annual maintenance is part number 874-002691-001 for SLES8, list price just shy of $15k. Negotiate your heart out!
