The problem looks like the rest of the network doesn't know that 192.168.168.129 is reachable via the router at 192.168.168.20 (the VM stack). Are you using static or dynamic routing in the network? If dynamic, VM must publish routing updates saying that it knows how to get to 192.168.168.129 via 192.168.168.20; if static, that same knowledge needs to be put into the routers upstream of VM.
