--enable-libgcj --with-gxx-include-dir=/opt/gcc/include/g++
--with-system-zlib --enable-shared --enable-__cxa_atexit
--with-gcc-version-trigger=/home/usanefe/gcc/gcc/version.c
--enable-languages=c,c++,pl1

make

and got a clean build. The resulting command pl11 simply does
syntax/semantic checking - no code generation.
