Hi Mark, On the '"April 2004 stream" RECOMMENDED downloads' page under 'kernel downloads for the "April 2004 stream' is a table of links with three columns labeled Package, Downloads and Description.
The link in the Description field will take you to a page that will allow you to download either the "... accumulated patch" or the "... per-problem-patches".
