ICF was my primary concern, but in my current job as Security Weasel, the ability of another system that can access my data in a way that cannot be audited or controlled makes me nervous. If your installation eventually adopts Common Criteria certified secure z/OS, z/VM, or Linux on zSeries configurations, shared access to spinning media without any cooperative access protection services will be verboten. Not an immediate concern for anyone, of course, but just something to keep in the back of your mind.
