I have shared a CMS formated VDISK readonly between several CMS servers. I would not share it read/write with ANYONE, except maybe VSE servers. MVS doesn't understand the FBA architechure but has the read/write locking culture like VSE. CMS and Linux do not understand sharing write-able filesystems.
