Because trying to link dynamically-defined V-DISK from another guest
gives me:

HCPLNM107E H3 0151 not linked; not in CP directory

In any event, sharing swap space between guests would be a security
risk.  And the locking you'd have to do between the guests would
probably make it not so speedy anymore (even assuming that it was easy
to implement in Linux).
