Not if you count the hours of swearing at RACF required to get it to do simple stuff, or the time it takes to chase down why some simple operation doesn't work properly because you forgot to issue some obscure command to let it work right. RACF does the job, but there's a reason why the RACF admins are the people who live in cubes in shadowy corners that constantly mutter to themselves in the cafeteria. > Hmmm.
