We chose to utilize IBM for SuSe support with the thought process being we could make one call, for say an application issue, and if the problem ended up being an OS issue, the PMR could be passed within IBM to the proper team. I don't know if that'll ever happen though. Seems like I always have to open additional PMRs for problems that stem from the same issue.
