Has anyone seen where the Linux Guests under VM just slow working from a network perspective and then it will work fine. It appears that the system is going into a wait state but I cannot tell. Any help would be appreciated.
Most often, this is because your Linux guest is way too big and VM is taking a long time to manage to get it all paged in at once.
Keep your Linux guest sized so that it's got very little memory used for buffers and cache and it's just barely into swap and things will be better for all guests.
