Only briefly, but I did discover that the install process has added the
ability to create certificates and set up the OpenLDAP server. For the
certificate, go into the the "services configuration" panel, "CA
management" drill down. Be sure to "Edit default settings" and set the
common name of the certificate to the DNS name of the server.

Also, on the "OpenLDAP Server Settings" panel, I reported a bug that may
be fixed with SP1. But to be sure you will want to uncheck the "append DN"
check box and type in the fully quailified "Base DN". The defaults on the
remaining panels work well.

This is much easier than creating certificates manually (though I never
integrated it with Kerberos).
